When you purchase a bike with Bicycle Land, we also provide after sale service, such as getting replacement parts, this service is only for our customers and all our ebikes and scooters come with 1 year manufacture warranty.   

We deliver your items by next day or 1-3 days at an additional cost, or free delivery 3-5 Days, so there is plenty of option to choose from. 

Our prices are very competitive and affordable. Our bikes and scooters are of high quality, meaning customers will love their item when purchased and will not be able to find a deal like this on the high street. All the items are perfect for both commuting or leisure use. 

We love to give our customer a peace of mind; we are always here for our customers, for any question or provide required support.  

DELIVERY TIMES

We do our best to dispatch quickly. We operate Monday to Friday and usually dispatch by next day  or same day of receiving an order. Standard delivery is 5-7 days. If express delivery is requested (1-3 days), we will dispatch the item on the same day, if order is placed before 12pm. We will deliver only to the postcodes stated at checkout.

The items are packaged using custom made advance packaging materials to secure the item, the advance customised packaging provide 100% protection. This ensures the item is protected and packaged securely for long transit. The packaging are world class and will ensure safe transit. Giving you a peace of mind.

PAYMENT TERMS

You can use credit cards, debit cards and pay via Stripe or Paypal. Pre-payment is required before dispatch of any goods. All prices are current at the time of purchase. Bicycle Land will do it’s best to ensure product availability, however, reserves the right to change products, prices and information without notice. If an order cannot be fulfilled you will be notified via email or phone call within 2 business days.

Sorry we do not offer collection service from our warehouse. All orders are delivered to door. We have 1-2 days delivery option available. 

What Does This Warranty Cover?

All our products come with 1 year Manufacturer’s Warranty. The warranty covers the original purchaser for one year from the date of purchase.

Warranty of Manufacturer

Battery – Battery can be replaced while there is more than 50% attenuation. (It is not applicable for any accidental or water damage)

Controller – Replaced only in Dysfunction condition (It is not applicable for any accidental or water damage)

Motor – Replaced only in Dysfunction condition (It is not applicable for any accidental or water damage)

Charger – Replaced only in Dysfunction condition (It is not applicable for any accidental or water damage)

If the product has quality/functional problems after 15 days, please contact the manufacturer for help or contact us. We will help you contact the manufacturer.

The Manufacturer’s Repair/ Repaired Warranty

1.Repaired or replaced products are warrantied for 3 months from the date of repair or replacement, or for the remainder of the original product’s warranty period, whichever is longer.

2.Manufacturer may use rebuilt, reconditioned or new parts and components when repairing any product. Alternatively, we may replace the defective product entirely with a rebuilt or reconditioned product.

3)Items that are under warranty and have encountered issues due to a manufacturing defect, customers may utilise the manufacturer’s service warranty.

4) User negligence is not covered under the repair warranty.

5) If the item is not under warranty, the manufacturer can also provide a paid repair service for the customer. The customer is liable for shipping the item on his own expense.

Warranty & Return Policy

  1. In the case of a functional issue for the purchased item, customers are required to clearly indicate quality/defect with pictures or videos. The tracking details for the returned item must be sent within 5 days.

 What does this warranty not cover?

The warranty does not cover any problems that are caused by weather conditions, malfunctions, or damage not resulting from defects in material or workmanship, unauthorise modifications, commercial use, overload use, accident, electronic device water ingress and will be deemed as damage cause by human. These conditions may include, but are not limited to accidents, misuse, weather conditions or improper maintenance. Warranty does not include shipping and handling costs (which under exceptional circumstances may be waived at Bicycle land’s sole discretion).

Limitation of Liability:

Bicycleland is not liable for any incidental, indirect, special or consequential damages or liabilities (including but not limited to incidental or consequential damages for loss of time, inconvenience, loss of use of product, or any other consequential or incidental loss) in connection with the purchase, use, or operation of the product. When using the product please ensure you take safety measures by wearing appropriate safety helmet, knee/elbow pads etc. Bicycle Land is not liable for property damage, personal injury and death.

All products are CE / EEA European Approved.  

RETURNS & REFUNDS

In the case of a functional issue for the purchased item, customers are required to clearly indicate quality/defect with pictures or videos. The tracking details for the returned item must be sent within 5 days. Upon receipt of item we will inspect it before agreeing to a refund.  We make no guarantee about offering refunds. Refunds are at our discretion

In case there’ll be any missing parts or accessories in your order within 7 days, customers are required to clearly indicate the missing item with pictures or videos. Bicycle Land will provide a replacement.

On rare occasions due to matters outside the control of Bicycle Land there may be a minor delay. If your item has not arrived, please allow additional 1-2 days for delivery.  However we endeavor to meet the delivery date. If you have not received your item by the expected date, please contact us.

If you purchased with next day or 1-2 days delivery option and you have not received your item. Please use our ticket system submit a ticket to Bicycle Land or contact us.

Placing an Order

  1. Select the goods you require from the Website, select colour, select delivery option and click ‘Add to Basket’. Then click ‘Proceed to Checkout’.
  2. Choose the quantity of goods you wish to purchase from Evans Cycles (the default will be one (1) unit). Please contact customer serviceswho will be able to assist you with your order
  3. Review your bag and make sure all specifications such as size, colour, then click “Proceed to Checkout” Fill in delivery and billing details, select method of payment, agree to our T&C and proceed.
  4. If you are a new user you can either check out as a guest, or, can enter an email address and create a username and password for an account. You must keep your username and password confidential as they allow access to your account. To continue setting up an account you will need to enter your personal details, billing address (which must correspond with your payment card address) and delivery address
  5. Once you have set up an account or decided to check out as a guest, you will be directed to the shipping confirmation and delivery options page where you may enter voucher codes, select the type of delivery, and vary delivery and/or billing addresses.
  6. You will then proceed to the secure payment page where you may select the payment type and complete your order. Your payment will be collected from you by Evans Cycles Limited. Following submission of your order you will be sent an automated order acknowledgement to the email address provided.

How the contract for the goods is formed between you and Bicycle Land?

After placing your order, you will receive an automated order acknowledgement. Please note that this does not mean that your order has been accepted. All orders are subject to acceptance by Bicycle Land.

Once Bicycle Land accepts your order, a contract to purchase the goods from Bicycle Land takes effect between you and us.

The contract to sell goods to you only relates to those goods listed in the confirmation email.
