1. You can use credit cards, debit cards and pay via Stripe, PayPal, PayPayl pay in 3 or Klarna. Pre-payment is required before dispatch of any goods. All prices are current at the time of purchase. Bicycle Land will do its best to ensure product availability, however, reserves the right to change products, prices and information without notice. If an order cannot be fulfilled you will be notified via email or phone call within 2 business days.

30 Days Return/Refund Policy

If you’ve changed your mind and need to return an item, you have 30 days from the date of collection or from the date of delivery to return your item(s)

Your item(s) needs to be:

Unopened, unused and with all original components

In its original packaging (bike box with protective foam)

In its original manufactured condition with its proof of purchase

With any free items that came with the product

The customer will be responsible for the return cost

If a parcel/item is received not in its original condition, damaged, missing parts, modified, wrong item, inaccuracy then a full refund will not apply.

To complete your return,
we require a receipt of purchase which can be emailed to us at support01@bicycleland.co.uk. Please do not send your purchase back to the
manufacturer.

USED BIKES

For all used bikes bought from this website or in store collection may come with warranty, please see item for more information at the time of purchase. All used bike purchased in store or online are non-refundable. We guarantee all used bikes are in working condition. 

Business Purchase

If you are a business and purchase bike/products via our website or in store, you are not eligible for 14 days return. Any issue with the product, we will solve the issue. If we fail to solve the issue we will replace the product with like for like. Please contact our after sale team by email at support01@bicycleland.co.uk.

Once you receive your item, please activate warranty within 1-2 days. If you receive your item with damaged or missing parts for the purchased item, customers are required to clearly indicate what is missing/damaged immediately upon of receiving the item with pictures or videos. We will replace the missing/damaged component.

If there is a functional issue customers are required to clearly indicate what is defective/faulty with pictures or videos. If we fail to solve the issue we may offer you a replacement, exchange or refund. We will provide you with the return shipping label and return delivery address. Please wait for our email confirmation before returning your item. Upon receipt of the item we will inspect it before processing a refund.

Refund will usually take 3-8 business days back to your account depending on the original payment method you used.

         We do our best to process and dispatch orders as quickly as possible. We operate Monday to Friday and usually dispatch items within          2-3 working days of receiving an order. If express delivery is requested (1-2 days), we will dispatch the item next working day. If free              delivery is requested, we aim to dispatch within 2-3 working days and delivery will be between 3-5 working days. Please note once items have been dispatched it is no longer in
        our control, if there is a delay in receiving your item you may contact the courier, in addition please let us know too.

Delivery in UK mainland is free; however some areas/destination may incur an
additional delivery cost. We may ask some customers to pay for
delivery/additional cost. We will notify you and if you wish to proceed with
the order you may or choose to cancel the order. 

Items purchased online can be collected from our collection point. Please select the option when placing your order. Bicycle Land, will then arrange a collection date with you, as soon as the order is received. This is usually within 1-2 days.

Certain products may be available exclusively online through our website and as such may have limited quantities. We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible, the colors and images of our products. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor’s display of any colour will be accurate. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products that we offer. All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at any time without notice, at the sole discretion of us. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.

On rare occasions due to matters outside the control of Bicycle Land there may be a minor delay. If your item has not arrived, please
allow additional 1-2 days for delivery.  However we endeavour to meet the delivery date. If you have not received your item by the expected date, please
contact us.

If you wish to cancel an order, please do so promptly. We will cancel the order and issue a full refund. However, If your item has been dispatched, you will need to confirm with us before returning your item and cover the return shipping cost. 

Occasionally there may be information on our site that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions that may relate to
product descriptions, pricing, promotions, offers, product shipping charges, transit times and availability. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions, and to change or update information or cancel orders if any information is inaccurate at any time without prior notice (including after you have submitted your order)

After placing your order, you will receive an automated order acknowledgement. Please note that this does not mean that your order has been accepted. All orders are subject to acceptance by Bicycle Land. Once Bicycle Land accepts your order, a contract to purchase the goods from Bicycle Land takes effect between you and us. The contract to sell goods to you only relates to those goods listed in the confirmation email. In the event of us not being able to fulfil your order we will immediately process a refund to the original method of payment, and notify you via email 

1. Select the goods you require from the website, select the colour, select the delivery option and click ‘Add to Basket’. Then click ‘Proceed to Checkout’. 

   Choose the quantity of goods you wish to purchase from Bicycle Land.

   Review your cart and make sure all specifications such as size and colour are correct, and then click “Proceed to Checkout” Fill in delivery and billing details, select method of payment. 

   If you are a new user you can either check out as a guest, or, can enter an email address and create a username and password for an account. You must keep your username and password confidential as this will allow access to your account. To continue setting up an account you will need to enter your personal details, billing address (which must correspond with your payment card address) and delivery address

   Once you have set up an account or decided to check out as a guest, you will be directed to the shipping confirmation and delivery options page where you may enter voucher codes or delivery options.

   You will then proceed to the secure payment page where you may select the payment type and complete your order. Following submission of your order you will be sent an automated order acknowledgement to the email address provided. By placing an order through this site, you are legally entering into binding contract with Bicycle Land

Prices and offers may vary and may only be available for limited periods. All prices and offers are subject to availability and may be withdrawn or amended at our discretion.

The Website contains a large number of goods and it is possible that, despite our best efforts, some of the goods listed on the Website may be incorrectly priced. If we discover an error in the price of the goods you have ordered we will inform you as soon as possible. We will give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it.

Price quotations are given on the assumption that no variation in the price will be made by the manufacturer/sole importer and that Government levies remain unaltered. In the event of such changes, the price of any orders placed before the variation will remain the same and no further increases will be passed to you.

Bicycle Land is under no obligation to sell incorrectly priced goods to you at the incorrect price.

We reserve the right to cancel the contract between us if we, or our suppliers, have insufficient stock to deliver the goods you have ordered or if the delivery service provider does not deliver to your area.
