The 16-incn axis alloy wheel is durable, requiring less maintenance. The 250W motor delivers great performance over hilly roads and can reach up to max 25km/h on normal terrain. The Shimano 6 Speeds shift gives you additional support when cycling uphill. The 36v 7.8ah battery delivers up to 35-60km. Needed a bike urgently so I baught the bike about a month aga. Arrived securely packaged earlier than expected. Great product, great price, great buy! Great service. I am riding my bike everyday to and from work, it has made my commute so enjoyable. Highly recommend it, you can’t go wrong.

Purchased two Fiido D2S bikes from you 03/09/20, initial contact to discuss purchasing was by telephone and your customer assistant Peter very polite, helpful and obliging. Your price extremely competitive compared to likes of Amazon with the personal service thrown in. Delivery by DPD (gives day/hour slot for delivery time) on 11/03/20 in good secure boxes. Bikes easy to unpack and assemble, both up and ready to run in less than 45 mins (excluding first battery charge of 1 hour plus). Must say though, instruction book with bikes very skimpy, short & poor, possibly a you tube link or the like from you on purchase of bike would be v useful for those not conversant with a bike!. We are both thrilled with bikes, great fun and they do as specifications state. On first ride out approx 1 hour mine arrived home still reading all bars up for battery and that was after me using power/battery a lot (I’m not very fit!) to keep up with bike two ridden by gym fit wife, who had easily used her’s and travelled speedily without need for any power assistance turned on at all, apart from on hills. Fold down simply to easily fit in car. In summary, to date, definitely an all round five star review.

Instructions with this bike are minimal. Well packaged but out of the box the front wheel wouldn’t turn. Had to go on the internet to find out it was probably due to the front disc brakes and find out how to adjust them. Once this was done it seems like a great bike. More powerful than expected and looks sturdy.
